Reseller will need to maintain both Package B and UNICEEDBUILDER subscriptions to qualify for recruitment bonus and commissions.

If either one subscription expires, all bonus and commissions will be held until the reseller renews the subscription.  In this case, the renewal period will be taken from the date of expiry, not the date of renewal.

Example:

Mr A subscribes for Package B (Malaysia) and UNICEEDBUILDER for 6 months as reseller. His subscription period is from 1 January 2007 till 30 June 2007. He renews for another 6 months on 1 August 2007. The renewal period is taken from 1 July 2007 till 31 December 2007, not 1 August 2007. During the period when the subscription had lapsed i.e. between 1 July 2007 till 31 July, all due bonuses or commissions were held, and would be released in the next payout cycle only after the reseller has renewed  on 1 August 2007.
